LICENSING QUESTIONS

WHY DO I NEED A LICENSE?

If you have purchased TMPRO12, your license is good for the life of the product -- you don't need a further license.  If you purchase ticket blanks, we send you an additional license which you can use to refresh your license.  But if you still have a license showing say 7,000 tickets remaining and you purchased 5,000 tickets, you would not want to replace your license because you would lose the higher balance already present on your system.  When your default license of 10,000 is consumed, you are shown a message which will take you to this page where you would check on Option A for a free renewal.

WHEN DO WE NEED A LICENSE?

When you are ready to print and number tickets, you will see the terms of your license shown at the bottom of the NUMBER SELECTOR SCREEN.  Note the "Number of Tickets Remaining" field.  if that is below the number of tickets you want to print, you will be advised to click on a link which will take you to this LICENSING OPTION page.

CAN I USE TMPRO WITHOUT A LICENSE?

Yes you can use TMPRO for any other purpose than numbering tickets -- you can create and save tickets; you can proof tickets and you can print samples.  But you will probably need ticket blanks to print and number your tickets.  If you buy blanks designed to run with TMPRO styles, you are entitled to a free license to print any number of ticket blanks purchased.
