PrintBox Return Policy

All merchandise returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  We cannot accept returns without  RMA numbers.  Such packages will be returned. Contact support@printbox.com for an RMA number, and explain reason for return prior to shipping.

All PrintBox products are guaranteed for quality and correctness.  Any faulty merchandise or incorrect shipments are replaced at no charge, including shipping.  We cannot guarantee products for suitability in the case of misordered items, and we cannot guarantee that merchandise returned will be in good condition.  All returned merchandise is repackaged, and if merchandise has been used or damaged in shipment your shipper must be contacted by you immediately.

All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. No credit can be issued for materials returned in damaged condition.
